Partner: Charlie has been in the Shopping Center industry for many decades,
covering every aspect of Retail Real Estate. He has earned and received ICSCs
Certified Leasing Specialist designation "CLS". He has been a member of ICSC for
over 30 years. He works extensively with many national retailers including Alamo Theaters.. He is responsible for the client’s roll out of stores from strategic store placement to land purchases, site selection, and lease negotiations. Prior to founding Paraclete Realty in 1999, he worked for other boutique retail real estate firms. Charlie is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in finance. He is licensed in the states of Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia as well as the District of Columbia.

Andrea Patrizio
Partner: Andrea joined Paraclete Realty in 2011 and primarily specializes in tenant
representation throughout the Virginia,DC, and Maryland Area. She holds a Business Management Degree with a Concentration in Organization, Leadership & Management from Regent University. She is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
She currently represents regional landlords including Nellis Corporation. She works with a number of tenants including McDonald’s Corporation, Zoup!, Alliance Rehabilitation and others offering site selection and negotiation services.

Daniel J. Patrizio
Vice President of Leasing: Dan joined Paraclete Realty in 2018 following a 20-year career as a local restaurateur. His experience within the hospitality industry provides him a unique perspective on the requirements of both retail and restaurant tenants. Dan lends his expertise in site selection to regional clients including San Alejo, Taqueria Habanero, Ornery Beer Co., Fight Club Killer Sandwiches and Finesse Salon Suites and national brands like Wawa and Paris Baguette. Dan is experienced in shopping center leasing and landlord representation.
Educated at the University of Florida and Georgetown University, Dan holds a degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
